Danone expressed its gratitude to the Central Asian Institute for Environmental Research (CAIER) for conducting training on the basics of ESG, as well as specialized training on the correct sorting of waste. We note the high level of training of the CAIER team and the practical value of the training materials presented. We thank you for the high-quality implementation of the project and look forward to further cooperation. As part of the program, CAIER specialists presented informative material covering current aspects of the ESG agenda, global and local challenges, and the role of business in shaping a sustainable development model. Particular attention was paid to the importance of individual employee behavior, including separate waste collection, as a practical tool for reducing negative environmental impact.
Three experts from CAIER took part in the training, providing professional support for the session, answering all questions in detail, and offering practical recommendations. The practical part included a visual demonstration of the correct sorting of waste in an office environment, an introduction to the courier responsible for the removal of collected raw materials, and instruction on the use of the Telegram bot, through which requests for waste removal from the Danone office are submitted and processed.
