In October, CAIER conducted ESG training for Bank CenterCredit employees. We discussed the current status of ESG development in the financial sector at both global and country level.
Participants familiarized themselves with the stages of ESG implementation, ESG risk management system, ESG product development and ESG rating features. We also discussed industry best practices, which provided a deeper understanding of successful approaches to integrating ESG principles. The training ended with an interactive session on ESG risk management, where participants were able to observe how different types of risks affect the sustainability of companies.
