For the first time in Central Asia, CAIER’s certified experts delivered the first GRI Standards training program adapted for Russian-speaking professionals.
Over 24 hours of intensive training, participants of the CAIER GRI Summer School-2026 not only learned the principles of preparing and disclosing sustainability information in accordance with the GRI Standards, but also completed additional modules on “Green Finance” and “ESG Fundamentals.” They also worked through a real-life practical case — CAIER’s Sustainability Report.
The program brought together representatives from the consulting, raw materials and insurance sectors, as well as independent professionals.
The key advantage of the program was the practical application of the knowledge gained. Participants compared different ESG approaches, discussed practical aspects of sustainability reporting, and expanded their professional networks.
The analysis of CAIER’s actual sustainability report allowed participants to see the reporting process in practice — from determining approaches to information disclosure to developing the substantive structure of the document. The knowledge and tools gained can be applied to the preparation and improvement of their organizations’ sustainability reports.
